Do I have to be sporty or experienced hiker?
No, absolutely not. My approach to nature coaching is deliberately gentle, mindful and completely tailored to you. It's not about athletic performance or speed, but about the inner path you take. I design each setting to suit your physical condition, your pace and your needs.
A walk in the forest, a short hike across open fields or a mindful day in the snow - you don't need any previous sporting experience or special equipment. Even if you are feeling exhausted or emotionally stressed, we will find a suitable form of accompaniment. The only important thing is that you are open to connecting with nature and ready to engage in the process.

What happens when the weather is bad?
Coaching in nature takes place in the real world and that also means that wind, rain, fog or snow can be part of the experience. These elements are not disruptive, but often have a particularly intense effect. Many of my deepest processes with clients have happened precisely when the outside world was rough, wet or uncomfortable.
Of course, we pay attention to your safety and well-being. In extreme weather or if you feel uncomfortable with it, the coaching can be adjusted or postponed. However, conscious contact with the elements often acts as a catalyst: you feel yourself more clearly, let go of control and gain grounding. In burnout prevention, stress coaching and personal development, this is often a key moment for real change.

How does nature coaching actually work?
Once you have contacted us, we will arrange a non-binding preliminary meeting. We will clarify your concerns, issues and expectations. Perhaps it's about mental clarity, a personal crisis, reorientation or your need for more mindfulness and vitality. I will support you in formulating possible goals or intentions - openly, flexibly and realistically.
We will then discuss the appropriate setting: half a coaching day, a full day or a retreat over several days. The location, time and intensity are entirely up to you. I will provide you with individual preparation and an honest recommendation on how your mental coaching can have the best possible effect in nature.
On the agreed date, we will meet outside - depending on the time of year, on a hiking route, in the forest, on the golf course or on snowshoes. We work with conversations, impulses, physical exercises, silence and the power of the environment. The process develops organically and intuitively.

Yes, coaching in nature can be wonderfully combined with other formats - e.g. with retreats, coaching hikes, impulse days or team coaching. If you would like to delve deeper, I can design an individual coaching retreat for you over several days - with movement, stillness, reflection and connection with nature.
I can also design settings for golf course coaching, snowshoe hikes or as part of a team process that optimally combine your personal goals with the natural conditions. The strength lies in the flexibility - you don't get a solution "from the outside", but a space in which your own solution can emerge.
